Barbara Frances Mesi

Barbara F. Mesi, nee Keane, age 87, of Mt. Prospect. Beloved wife of the late Philip, sister-in-law of the late Angela Reilly; loving mother of Mary Ann Cimarusti (the late Bob), Dixie Bono, Steve (Lisa), Philip (Jodi), Angie Duncan (Dan), Barbie Moellenkamp (John), Judy Salapatas (Mike); dearest sister of the late Marie Lawler, Alice Malone, Joan Tuohy, John, Catherine McMahon, Josephine Birkett, Patrick, Therese Jacoby, Thomas, James and Michael; sister-in-law of Joan Keane; proud grandmother of 21, and great-grandmother of 7; devoted aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was the youngest of 15, grew up on the West Side of Chicago and graduated from Providence High School. She loved being with family and friends, spending time in Cary where everyone was always welcome for a great time, with plenty of food and drinks. Barbara loved ice skating and was a big fan of Notre Dame.

Visitation on Monday, February 24th from 10:00 to 11:00 at Saint Raymond Peñafort Catholic Church, 301 S I Oka Ave, Mt Prospect, IL 60056, with Mass to follow at 11:00.
