She passed away September 18, 2014 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.Barbara worked for the Zenith Corporation and then for Kraft Foods before retiring in 1999.Barbara is survived by her husband Leo Tabert; her children Gail (Lee) Peterson and Steve (Sue) Tabert ; her grandchildren Mike (Jennifer), Jeffrey (Brittany), Samantha and Sarah and by her sister Leona (late George) Davis.Barbara is preceded in death by her siblings Robert (Diane) Roper and Virginia Roper and by her parents.Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Monday, September 22, 2014 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. In state 9:30 AM, Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2515 W. Palatine Rd., Inverness for Mass at 10:30 AM.
