Burton J. Soderberg, 87, was born September 6, 1925 in Chicago to the late Joel and Ida Soderberg. Burton passed away peacefully on December 30, 2012 in Arlington Heights. He was the beloved husband for 61 years of Lorraine Soderberg (née Bugno); loving father of Douglas (Sally) Soderberg; proud grandfather of Matthew (Christine Stucey) Soderberg and Heather (Eric) Petschl; adoring great-grandfather of Matthew; and caring brother of Ralph (Barbara) Thiemann and the late Donald (Joanne) Soderberg. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home 2000 E. Northwest Hwy. Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
