Carolyn Kneip

Of Arlington Heights

Carolyn Kneip was born on February 3, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois to John and Ruth (nee Ward) Kneip. She died Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview.

Ms. Kneip was a long-time administrative assistant for the American Academy of Pediatrics. She was a lifelong die-hard Cubs fan who never missed watching a game.

Carolyn is survived by her siblings, Michael (Maria) Kneip, Eileen (Richard) Samp, Peter (Laura) Kneip, Peggy (Len) Johnson, Catherine (Jim) Henders, and Marirose (Mike) Russo; her 16 nieces and nephews and her 16 great nieces and grand nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004, and from 9:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am, Monday at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, Illinois. Interment following at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, Illinois.
