Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, where funeral services will begin with prayers at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, before proceeding to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, for a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines. Born March 18, 1942, in Chicago, to the late Thomas and Loretta (nee Cooney) Gibney, he passed away Feb. 18, 2011. Charles was the beloved husband of Sandra M. (nee Pawlowski); loving father of Kristin M. Rude of Lombard and Kerry E. Gibney of Chicago; cherished grandfather of Reagan and Charlie; and dear brother of Thomas (Margaret) Gibney and June Gibney.
