She passed away on Sunday March 1, 2015 in Arlington Heights.Cynthia "Cyd" Walloch was united in marriage to Lewis F. Walloch on October 2, 1976." In their 38 years of marriage, Lew and Cyd were best friends to each other, always together for everything, and always took care of each other." She dedicated 22 years of her life to NSSEO and her coworkers and always viewed them as part of her family." She was anticipating her retirement from NSSEO in the coming months. She was a loving and dedicated mother to her only son, Thomas E. Walloch, and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild this April.She is survived by her husband, Lewis Walloch; her son, Thomas (Carla) Walloch; her sister, Christine (Joel) Rosaaen; her brother, Gregory Davis; her father-in-law Edward Walloch; and her nieces, Carrie (Travis) Petersen, Jennifer (Nick) Stortz, and Lauren Davis." She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Norma Davis; and her mother-in-law Angela Walloch.Visitation from 3:00pm until 9:00pm, Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights and Friday, March 6, 2015 at St. Alphonsus Church, 411 N. Wheeling Rd., Prospect Heights from 9:30am until the time of Mass at 10:30am."
