Dalia E. Schlagel, 83 of Ocala, Florida was born December 27, 1936 in Sibert, KY and passed away December 5, 2020. Dalia was the beloved wife of the late William; loving mother of Terry Elkins, Donita (Mark) Brill and Tim (Cindy) Elkins; cherished grandmother of Cory Elkins, Seth Elkins, Mark Brill Jr., Damon Brill, Amber Elkins and Derek Elkins; great-grandmother of Cody, Zoe and Griffin; great-great-grandmother of Colten and dear sister of James (Sonny) Finley.
