Daniel R. Cantieri

Daniel R. Cantieri, 47, of Gurnee, was born May 24, 1967 in Des Plaines, IL and passed away June 11, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Dan was the beloved husband of Patricia L. (Trish) nee Feurtado; loving father of David W. and Natalie A.; devoted son of Jane and the late Angelo Cantieri; cherished brother of Dr. John (Kathleen), Dr. Thomas (Carol), Jane (James) Bleck, Christine (Warren) Dassinger, Michael (Joan), Robert (Janice), Paul (Jill) and William (Ann); dear son-in-law of Walter and Mary Feurtado; fond brother-in-law of Wesley (Malinda) Feurtado and adored uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 2-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Funeral services will begin on Monday, June 16 with a visitation at St. Raymond de Penafort Church, Elmhurst Road (Rt. 83) and Lincoln Streets in Mt. Prospect from 9:00 AM until time of funeral mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Daniel R. Cantieri Memorial Fund (to benefit his children’s education) c/o Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home appreciated.
