Daniel G. Wills was born on March 3, 1959 in Chicago to Ralph and Sandra (nee Jarczyk) Wills. He died Friday, September 7, 2018 in Chicago.

Dan was a partner at the law firm Swanson, Martin and Bell in Chicago. He was a graduate of DePaul University and DePaul Law School. He was a lifelong Chicagoan, an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his daughter Katie.

Dan is survived by his daughter, Katie Wills, former wife, Emily Wills; mother, Sandra (the late Joseph) DeAndrea; siblings, David (Nancy) Wills and Todd (Teresa) Wills; nieces and nephews, Nicole (Chris) Berens, Amanda (Jake) Mohundro, Tommy Wills, Michael Wills, Nicholas Wills and Tyler Wills; great-nieces and nephew, Emma Berens,Taylor Berens and Vincent Wills.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Wills.

Visitation Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Visitation 10:00 am Thursday, September 13, 2018 until the 11:00 am Funeral Service at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights, 302 North Dunton, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment is private.
