Danny Massingill, 68, was born on August 28, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois to Albert Massingill and Christine nee Gladstone. He died Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

Danny was a driver for DHL for many years before retiring.

Danny is survived by his wife Victoria Massingill nee Wendt; his son Eric Massingill, his daughter Kaitlyn (Kenny) Cavazos; his grandchildren Alexis, Maven, and Christian Massingill, and Amelia Cavazos; his siblings Charles (Chandra) Massingill, Michael (Natalia) Massingill, Mark (Michelle) Massingil, Martha Massingill, Karen (Warren) Schmidt), Kim (Ford) Andrus, and Mary Boden; his nieces Jessica Goaky, and Nelly Sajdak; and many other nieces, nephews and members of his extended family.

He is preceded in death by his son, Daniel, and his parents.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 am Friday, September 23, 2022, at The Orchard Evangelical Free Church, 1330 N. Douglas Avenue, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. For those unable to attend the service a livestream can be viewed by clicking the link under events below. The link will be active at 10:45 am. Committal service 1:30 pm, Monday, September 26, 2022, at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 West Hoff Road, Elwood, IL (meet at the Information Booth).
