David F. Osterberger was born July 6, 1936, in Chicago to the late Francis and Selma Osterberger, and passed away November 17, 2012 in Arlington Heights. David was the beloved husband of the late Sylvia (nee Brevik) and the late Hildegard (nee Todter); loved and cherished father of Mary (Jon) Groot, Janet (Mehran) Brevik, and the late William (Kathy) Osterberger; proud grandfather of Kevin, Ryan, Cyrus, and Jillian; caring brother of Eleanore (the late Clifford) Farrell. Visitation Wednesday, 10am until time of funeral service, 11:30am at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, IL, 60004. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
