Dolores A. Del Re “Dee”, 97, passed away at her home in Mt. Prospect on February 6, 2021. She was born in Chicago on October 18, 1923 to Steven and Wilhelmina Duetsch. She was a career civil servant while raising her 3 sons with her husband, Kenneth. She was predeceased in death by her loving husband Kenneth, her oldest son, Kenneth (Jessica) of Mulberry, Florida, her middle son, Gary (Sandra) and her brothers, John, Arthur and William. She is survived by her youngest son, Philip (Susan) of Belvidere, Illinois. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Gary Jr., David (Jordan), Angel, Amy (Sean), David J., Jonathan, Sarah, Joseph (Trinity) and great grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, Colsen, Sheridan, Judah and Finnegan. Later in life she shared a beautiful friendship with Frank Kalchbrenner and she was cared for lovingly by Janusz Oraczko and Maria Wierzba. “Dee” loved her family and was a woman of deep faith. She will be dearly missed by all. The celebration of her life will be private and held at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
