Donna L. Meyers

Donna L. Meyers, nee Felix, 78 of Arlington Heights was born October 23, 1936 in Lafayette, IN to the late Carl and Emma (nee Gregg) Felix and passed away peacefully August 22, 2015. Donna was the beloved wife of Roger Meyers. They met while working at Mid America National Bank in Chicago and married on July 15, 1972. Donna left the banking industry to raise her family. She became the bookkeeper at John Hersey High School, where her daughters attended and retired in 2000. Donna was also a proud volunteer for the Arlington Heights Frontier Days Festival for 30 years. Donna was the loving mother of Jennifer (Richard) Mc Intosh of Warner Robins, GA and Janice (Jeff) Olsen of Lake-in-the-Hills, IL; cherished grandmother of Morgan, Abby and Gage Olsen and Dillon and Collin Mc Intosh. Donna was the youngest of twelve children and is survived by sister’s Lorene Goodnight, Bette (Harold) Treida and Beverly Mabis, all of Lafayette, IN. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 3-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights where funeral service will be held Thursday, August 27 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery.
