Donna Lynn NovackOf Arlington HeightsDonna Lynn Novack was born December 5, 1946 in Chicago to Donald and Anna (nee Horacek) Gillespie. She died Saturday, November 12, 2016 in Arlington Heights.Donna worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Alan Klein and later worked for Riverside Medical in Arlington Heights in the Accounts Receivable Department for 30 years. She was a member of St. Edna"s Catholic Church in Arlington Heights, in which Donna was a member of the Newcomers and Sharing Coffee, also the Buffalo Grove Garden Club/ Book Club. She was an avid reader, gardener and loved to do crossword puzzles. Donna loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and was loved by all.She is survived by her husband, Richard, whom she married July 19, 1969 in Chicago; children, Joseph (Blanka) Novack and Jennifer Kallas; grandchildren, Tyler Kallas, Cassidy Kallas and Lennon Novack; siblings, Donald (Linda) Gillespie, Alan (Vicky) Gillespie and Keith (Patty) Gillespie; and many nieces and nephews.Donna was preceded into death by her parents; siblings, William Gillespie and Scott Gillespie.Visitation to be held Friday, November 18, 2016, from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd, 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Visitation 9:00 am Saturday, November 19, 2016 until the 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
