Douglas E. Stockham was born November 8, 1931 in Battle Creek, MI to Mark and Kathleen (nee Cain) Stockham. He died June 4, 2018 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Doug was an Assistant Comptroller for the Chicago and North Western Railroad.

Douglas is survived by his wife Peggy (nee Farmer) Stockham; his daughter Ann (Udo Kelber) Stockham; step children Debbie (Richard) Meiners and Susan (Richard) Hybiak; his grandchildren Kathryn, Joseph, Daniel (Kerri) and Christie (Anton) and by his brother Brian (Jill) Stockham.

Douglas is preceded in death by his first wife Joy (nee Sipek) Stockham; his sister Marilyn (Fred) Fass and by his parents.

Visitation Friday, June 8, 2018 from 3:00 PM until the time of funeral service at 6:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer’s Assn.Greater Illinois Chapter, 8430 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60631.
