Edith "Edie" Strelau, 82, died Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at her home.
Edith is survived by her husband, Sieghard; her children, Tina, Jerry, and Peter (Sara) Strelau; and her grandchildren Emily and Ethan.
She is preceded in death by her sister Violet and her son, Ricky.
She was a long-time member of Faith Lutheran Church, a cheerful greeter at Kmart, and for many years enjoyed bowling on the afternoon ladies league at Beverly Lanes.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of Funeral Service at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Faith Lutheran Church, 431 S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Interment following at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Faith Lutheran Church.
