Edward Lived a life deeply rooted in faith, family and love. To know Edward was truly an honor and a gift. He was the kindest, most thoughtful, caring, and genuine person you could ever have had the privilege of meeting. No matter the circumstance, he was always positive, he looked for the good in life and wanted nothing more than for the people around him to be happy. He was known for being grateful and generous. His favorite thing to do for others was to give them a box of Fannie May Pixies to show how thankful he was. He had a heart of gold.
Edward lived a simple life. His values spoke volumes and his work ethic was profound. He was a proud union painter for over 40 years. Everywhere he went, he inspected the paint job on the walls and ceilings and reminisced about his days. He never stopped loving his profession. When he was 80 yrs old, he had one last big project he wanted to complete and that was to paint the inside of his entire house and he did just that.
Edward was an amazing man; He will be deeply missed.
Edward was the beloved husband to Bernice (nee Sala) Magdziak, for 60 wonderful years: loving father to Diana (Karl) Torchalski and Elizabeth "Ella" (Peter) Konopka; cherished Grandfather/Dziadzia to Matthew, Robert, and Emily Torchalski, and Alex, Allie and Lilly Konopka; dear brother to Czesia and Marion, and the late Krystyna and late Stanley; and fond uncle to many.
