Eva was the bridge between generations—someone who kept family close across time and distance, and who helped hold together the many threads of an extended family. Full of life and steady in her care for others, she showed up again and again with presence, warmth, and practical support, offering help in the ways that mattered most. She will be missed by all.
Eva is survived by her husband of 43 years, Frank Templin; step-children, Bud Templin and Afton Templin; nephew, Mario Pecora; and nieces, Rosa Panagopoulos, Lucia Anna Pecora Braun, Diana Blacconeri Principato, Lucia Darlene Sanchez, Monica Blacconeri, and Antonietta Blacconeri.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Victor Blacconeri; sister, Maria Pecora; and her beloved dog, Dusty.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at St. James Catholic Church, 831 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 beginning at 9:00 AM until time of service, which will begin at 10:00 AM also at St. James Catholic Church. Interment private.
