Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Patricia Lesniewski; grandchildren, Kathryn Tengel (Louis), Kevin Oglesbee (Allison), Brian Oglesbee, Brooke Oglesbee and Michael (Louise) Lesniewski; great grandchildren, Louis Tengel Jr., Carrick Tengel and Keira Lesniewski; sons-in-law, Keith Oglesbee, Vladimir Lesniewski and Craig Neumann; and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas E. Ceglarek; daughters, Barbara Oglesbee and Linda Neumann; sister Ruth Putts; granddaughter Denise Lesniewski; and her parents.

The family expresses its appreciation for the caring staff at Discovery Village Des Plaines, where Evelyn lived since 2015, along with the staff at Sanctuary Hospice who also provided care for her during the final stage of her life.

Family will be receiving guests on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 noon at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
