Fannie M. Mio, 88 of Chicago was born December 19, 1931 in Chicago to Peter and Ethel (Chamis) Magler and passed away December 17, 2020. Fannie was the beloved wife of the late Samuel; loving mother of Nikki (Robert) Mayer and Catherine Vail; cherished grandmother of Laura and Jessica Vail, Benedetto (Jazmine Gomez) Mayer and Samantha (Jonathan II) LaPlante; dear great-grandmother of Madeline and Mason Jokich, Samuel Mayer, and Jonathan LaPlante III; and sister, aunt and friend to many.
A private interment will be held at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
