Frank R. Jurczak was born on April 18, 1937 in Chicago. He went to his final resting place Friday, April 9, 2021, at home.
He worked as a Golf Ranger for Four Winds Golf Course. He loved to bowl and golf.
Frank is survived by his wife of 58 years Virginia "Ginny" (nee Mott), children, Richard Jurczak, Kimberly (Bill) Payne and Sherri (Gordon) Schweigerdt; grandchildren, Sarah (Tre Miller) Jurczak and Jarrett Jurczak.
Visitation Monday, April 19, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd. (capacity limits, PPE requirement, and social distancing in effect), 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. There will be a 7:00 pm Memorial Service at the funeral home. Interment is private.
