Gary G. BozeeOf Arlington HeightsGary G. Bozee was born on October 8, 1948 in Elgin to George and Esther (nee Wolf) Bozee. He died Friday, August 8, 2014 at JourneyCare Hospice in Barrington.Gary worked in the Public Works Department for the Village of Arlington Heights. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights, and also served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict, an active member of the American Legion Post 208 in Arlington Heights, and a member of the Northwest Dog Obedience Club in Cary. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his great-nieces and nephews, and was loved by all.Gary is survived by his sisters, Sandra (Darrell "Pete") Kirk, and Dawn (David) Waltrip; nieces, Denise and Darci Waltrip, and Jennifer (nee Kirk)(Jason) Rosenthal; and nephew Douglas Kirk; great-nieces and nephews, Ashley Kirk, Riley Kirk, Emma Rosenthal,and Drew Rosenthal.He was preceded in death by his parents.Visitation Monday, August 11, 2014 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Funeral Service 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd.
