Geraldine R. Kelly of Palatine, passed on March 13, 2025. Originally from Chicago, she is preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Stella (nee Karnowski) Smigiel.

Geraldine is survived by her loving children, Susan (the late James) Reynolds and Donna (Joseph) Indovina; grandchildren: Corine (Todd) Altepeter, Jennifer (Tim) Lay, Kimberly Rodriguez, Nichole (Jason) Chavarria and Lisa Indovina; great grandchildren: Reese, Max and Emerson Altepeter, Riley and Avery Lay, Cassie (Norm) Suranne, Reina and Gabriella Rodriguez, Joseph (Kali) Indovina, Gianna Chavarria, Rocco Indovina and Lilly Latzke. Great-great grandmother to Natalia Rodriguez and Norman Suranne III.

Visitation will be Friday, March 21, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. James Parish, 820 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Private.
