Giancarlo Cheloni was born March 31, 1939 in Luca, Italy to Henry and Elsie (nee Rigali) Cheloni. He passed away July 9, 2021 at Sunrise Senior Living of Schaumburg.

Giancarlo is survived by his children Dawn (Arthur) Checchin, Vicki (late Robert) Johnson and John (Jean) Cheloni; his grandchildren Lauren, Artie, Meghan, Anthony and Courtney; his sister Diana (Ray) Cortesi and by many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife Clarene (nee Andreotti) Cheloni; his siblings Carla, Franca and Frank and by his parents.

Memorial visitation Friday, July 16, 2021 from 9:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
