Minnie came to the United States August 1962. She moved to Chicago in 1964. She married Lorenzo in December of 1966. She worked at Bankers Life and Casualty company for 25 years. Minnie and Lorenzo loved to travel the world.
Minnie is survived by her siblings, Rosary (Don) Johnson and Manuel (Maria) Inclan; nieces and nephews, Paul and Genevieve (Bobby) Inclan; Jackie (Mike) and Joey Johnson.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Lorenzo A. Beltran; her mother, Guillermina, Father, Jose; and stepmother, Maria.
Committal prayers to take place on Monday, July 13, 2026 in the Chapel at All Saints Catholic Cemetery, 700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
