To the entire family of Mrs. Helen Blum, praying that God gives your family peace, and comfort during this time of loss. Mothers are so special, I know this because my mom in heaven and now she has more Mom's to drink coffee with. Stay strong and my God keep his arms around your family.  The Washington family.

Dear Family,

Helen was a dear lady.  So glad she was able to attend our reunions the past few years.

Her struggles are now over, and her spirit rejoices at rest with her LORD Jesus.

My sincere sympathy to the entire family! My thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Words cannot adequately express how saddened we were to hear of Helen's failing health and then her passing.  From the day my mom moved into her townhouse across from Helen's, Helen offered her delicious cooking and baking, her knowledge and love of her favorite Chicago Cubs, her talent and love for crocheting beautiful afghans, and most of all her dear friendship.  Mom enjoyed spending many afternoons with Helen sharing time and conversation.  Helen will truly be missed.  My deepest sympathy to Helen's entire family.  May God be with all of you now in your time of sorrow.

From a child I just remember being loved.  All the amazing family dinners and gatherings.  So much love to give.  Let's also not forget the best cookies ever!  Miss you Gram!  Love Chris and Nora
