Imani Jade Sande was born March 22, 2023 in Hoffman Estates to Trevor and Lauren (Sample) Sande. She passed away on March 29, 2024 at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago.
Imani is survived by her brother Chase Sande; her grandparents Dennis and Diane Sande and Madison Sample and Michelle Johnson and by her parents.
