Irvin M. Kowalski, 93, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 in Freeport, IL. He was born on August 5, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to Leo and Martha (Adamczyk) Kowalski. Irvin married Dolores O’Donnell on September 23, 1950 in Chicago.
Irvin is survived by his daughter Gloria (Robert “Bob” Sr.) Kaese; grandson Robert “Rob” (Kristen) Kaese Jr.; great-grandchildren Ronald Kaese and Emma Kaese. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and sister Esther Johnson.
Irvin was an enthusiast of vintage and sporty cars. He loved driving, cleaning, an maintaining his cars.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Lauterburg-Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 East Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004.
