

Born on July 8, 1988, in Park Ridge, IL, to David and Donna (nee Taioli) Wisla, Jason David Wisla, 35, passed away on August 19, 2023. He was a beloved son, brother, partner, and friend whose vibrant spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many.
Jason earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Colorado State University in 2010 and then embarked on a successful journey in the logistics industry as a small business owner. Over the last 12 years, Jason and his trusted partner and friend, Connor R. Heidkamp evolved and grew the company in unprecedented ways. Jason was dedicated, incredibly thoughtful and proud, and well-respected by his colleagues, clients, and competitors.
Jason's passions for life extended beyond his career. He loved playing golf, listening to music and attending concerts, and exploring the outdoors. With his sense of humor and talent for reciting movie and tv show quotes, Jason always brought joy to everyone. A devoted dog dad, Jason cherished his furry friend, Pippy. He found solace and embraced the unconditional love in the companionship they shared.
Jason leaves behind a grieving family, including his parents; his sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca Aranda and David Aranda, his brother, Kevin Wisla, and his loving girlfriend of many years, Meghan McCray.
To honor his memory and celebrate his life, a remembrance ceremony has been organized at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Public visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m., with family and friend remembrances starting at 5:45 p.m.
Jason David Wisla will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His laughter, warmth, and love will forever remain in our hearts.
