Jean A. Johnson, 99, was born on June 2, 1923, in Buffalo, NY to William and Kathryn (nee Kane) Allen. She died Saturday, September 10, 2022. Mrs. Johnson worked for AC Nielsen and became an executive assistant to the founder, Arthur C. Nielsen, Sr.
Jean is survived by her son Paul; her grandchildren Evan and Shana. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry; her parents; and her sister, Virginia.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday, September 19, 2022, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Hts Rd. Arlington Heights, Illinois and from 9:00 am until time of Mass at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Ill. Interment private.
