Jeanette R. White, 89, of Mt. Prospect was born June 17, 1925 in Chicago to the late John and May Madden (nee Curran) and passed away February 16, 2015. Jeanette was the beloved wife of the late William J.; loving mother of Robert (Deborah) White, Patricia J. White, Kevin P. (Siobhan) White, Jack J. (Lisa) White and the late William J. White and Mariann (Michael) Hood; cherished grandmother of 16; great-grandmother of 18; dear sister of the late Jack Madden; fond sister-in-law of Mary (Rich) Nelson and former mother-in-law of Janice White. Mrs. White was a past recipient of the Village of Mount Prospect’s “Shining Star Award” honoring members of the community for all each does out of the simple goodness of their hearts. Visitation will be Friday, February 20, 2015 from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral mass at St. Raymond de Penafort Church, Elmhurst Road (Rt. 83) and Lincoln Streets in Mt. Prospect. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. Contributions to St. Raymond de Penafort Church appreciated.
