Jeanne Laurette Bleasdale

Jeanne L. Bleasdale experienced the joy of entering into eternal life on Friday, Sept. 21.

She was the devoted daughter of Louis and Georgia (nee Messinger) Picard, beloved sister of Louis Frederik (Lorraine) Picard, Mary Louise (Edward) Carmody, and Gerard Picard. She is survived by her loving children, Dr. Marie Bleasdale (Kurt) Hoffmann, Julie Bleasdale, and Dr. Thomas (Dr. Susan) Bleasdale, and her beloved grandchildren: Thomas E. Bleasdale III, Luke Hoffmann, Ethan Bleasdale, Madelyn Bleasdale, Erik Hoffmann, and her dear niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas, her parents and siblings.

Among her many talents, Jeanne found the most fulfillment and her greatest life's joy in being a mother, for which her children are forever grateful. She was a talented artist and pianist. Her happiest times were spent during summers with her family in Charlevoix, MI, a vacation tradition that continues to this day.

Visitation from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois where her funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, September 27, 2018. Interment Mount Carmel, Hillside, Illinois.
