Jerome F. Rauch

Of Arlington Heights

Jerome F. Rauch was born February 9, 1929 in Colton, WA to Joseph and Mary (nee Lee) Rauch. He passed away April 21, 2022 at his home in Arlington Heights.

Jerry served his county during WWII as a Staff Sgt. In the United States Airforce. He was a long time member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights, where he served as an usher. He worked for Illinois from 1954 until his retirement in 1992. He was an avid golfer and bowler. He enjoyed international travels with his wife.

Jerome is survived by his wife Carole (nee Tossman) Rauch; his son Keith J. Rauch; his sister Betty Wilsey and by his parents.

Jerry is preceded in death by his daughter Kristie Lee Miller; his brothers Charles, Lawrence, Emery, Patrick, Robert and Joe.

Visitation 3 PM until 8 PM on Tuesday April 26, 2022 at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights and Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111W. Olive St., Arlington Heights, IL from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Peter Lutheran Church comfort dogs or American Cancer Society.
