John V. "Jack" Ryan was born on January 9, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois to C. Vincent and Dorothy (Driscoll) Ryan. He died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Harbor House in Wheeling, Illinois.He was a Veteran of the US Army.John is survived by his wife of 49 years, Noreen A. (Ring); his children Sean (Deirdre) Ryan, Michael (Shannon) Ryan and Margaret (Randy) Holndoner; his grandchildren, Olivia, Nora, Finn, Grace, Shaedon, Sienna, Liam and Ellen; and his siblings Daniel (Mary) Ryan, Raymond (Leslie) Ryan, James Ryan, Mary Ellen Feeney, Thomas (Kathy) Ryan, Lawrence (Betty) Ryan, Vincent (Mary) Ryan, Rosemary Karner, Margaret Hagerty and Norine (Gary) Polidori.He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister-in-law Mary Ryan and his brother-in-law Ralph Karner.Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Friday, June 26, 2015 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N.
