Joseph Daniel Aulenta

Joseph Daniel Aulenta, age 53, of Inverness, IL. Most loved, thoughtful and kind son of Ralph and Patricia. Dear brother of Michael (Katie) and Ryan (Bibianna). Proud uncle of Brad, Greg, and Tommy Wilson and devoted Uncle Joe (UJ) of Joe and Abby Aulenta.

Joe was the best storyteller to his 16 cousins, sharing a special kinship with cousin Dan Donahue. He is also survived by his wonderful Aunts and Uncles: Roger and Sharon Loni, Mike and Sue Donahue, Dan and Anne Donahue, Ed Stublaski, Bill Biang, Roger and Ruthann Schultz and Kathy Donahue.

Joe was preceded in death by his aunts, Mary Stublaski and Colleen Biang, and grandparents Dan and Ruth Donahue and Mario and Eleanor Aulenta.

Every spring and fall, Joe sought the peace and serenity of camping near the mountains and rivers of Colorado and Utah. He cherished the friendships he made along the way, and we will cherish all the stories he told of his adventures and hold him in our hearts forever.
