Joseph A. Ferro was born on August 25, 1928 in Blanford, Indiana to John and Mary (nee Gili) Ferro. He passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014 in Mt. Prospect.Joseph enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, gardening and the Bears.Joseph is survived by his children, Patricia (Robert) Carroll and Jeffrey J. Ferro; and his grandchildren, Thomas (Sara), Jason and Lindsay Carroll.He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacquelyn J. Ferro and his daughter, Nancy L. Ferro.Visitation from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights where funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 29, 2014.
