He died peacefully Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in Arlington Heights.Joseph worked as an Electronic Engineer for LG Electronics (formerly Zenith) in Lincolnshire. He was a member of St. Edna Catholic Church in Arlington Heights. Joseph loved to vacation with his family, and enjoyed being the "Family Photographer". He loved to spend time with his family, especially his granddaughters, and was loved by many.Joseph is survived by his spouse Kathleen (nee Trela), whom he married January 29, 1972 in Niles; loving daughter, Joleen (Joseph) Veverka; granddaughters, Jenna and Julia; and sister-in-law Janet (Frank) Lombardo; nephew, uncle and cousin to many.He was preceded in death by his parents.Visitation Friday, July 18, 2014 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights. In state 9:00 am Saturday, July 19, 2014 until the 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.
