Judith A. Hafner

Judith A. Hafner, born on May 10, 1939, to parents Fenton and Helen McClure in South Bend, IN, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2023, surrounded by family.

Judy grew up in South Bend and later moved to California where she spent a good portion of her life and married. Judy worked at Measurex where she made many lifelong friends. Judy and her husband Andy settled in Kentucky for retirement where they enjoyed a simpler, but very active lifestyle.

Judith is survived by her sister Dorothy L. Walsh and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Judith is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew W. Hafner, her parents, her siblings William McClure, Evelyn Poppe, Robert McClure, Helen (Honey McClure), Warren McClure, and Forest McClure, and her nephews Richard A. Walsh, Peter A. Walsh and Gary Tinklin.

A Memorial Visitation will take place at 10:30am until time of the Memorial Mass at 11:00am on Friday, November 10, 2023 at St. Raymond Catholic Church, 301 I Oka Ave. Mount Prospect, IL 60056.
