Kathryn Mary "Katie" HerrmannOf Arlington HeightsKathryn Mary Herrmann was born on October 27, 1997 in Elk Grove Village, Illinois toKenneth Herrmann and Jacquelyn (nee Stevens). She entered into the Lords Eternal Kingdom Sunday, July 26, 2015.Katie was an excellent student at Rolling Meadows High School and a former student and cheerleader at Southwestern High School in Hanover, Pennsylvania. She excelled as a ballet dancer from the tender age of three years old for the McDonald Dance Academy in Illinois, as well as The Dance Academy in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Katie"s beautiful smile and warm heart was an example for all, a true blessing of spirit. Katie would always bring out the best in everyone, with her loving heart and her silliness. Katie loved her dog Mason, and her Guinea Pig, Coco.Katie is survived by her father, Kenneth D Herrmann of Arlington Hts., Ill., her mother,Jacquelyn Mary (Jeffrey) Lindaw of Hanover, PA; her brothers Alexander Dean Harrison and Matthew James Herrmann, her sisters, Heather Elizabeth and Sarah Grace Herrmann; her step-sister, Francesca Laraine Lindaw, step-brother, Jeffrey Joseph Lindaw, Jr.; her Grandparents Phyllis Herrmann, Kenneth and Christina Stevens; she also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends.Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Prayers will be at 8:45 AM, Friday, July 31, 2015 from the funeral home, proceeding to Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights, Illinois for 9:30 AM Funeral Mass.
