Lois Ann Brady

Of Mount Prospect 

Lois Ann Brady was born January 16, 1930 in Chicago to Robert and Della (nee Allabastro) Galup.  She died March 8, 2018 at her home in Mount Prospect.   

Lois retired from the fine jewelry department at Nordstrom at the age of 80.  She was an avid Bridge player and a resident of Mount Prospect for 60 years.  She and her husband Edmund were among the founding members of St. Raymond’s Parish. 

Lois is survived by her children Michael (Catherine), Kathleen (Kevin) Fanning, Mary Therese Brady and James (Anna); her 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews.  

She is preceded in death by her husband Edmund; her siblings Robert (late Rita) Galup and Shirley (late Louis) Frett and by her parents.   

Visitation Friday, March 16, 2018 from 9:00 AM until time of mass at 10:30 AM St. Raymond Parish, 301 S. I-Oka, Mount Prospect, IL 60056.  Interment private. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Rev. Robert J. Loftus Endowment Fund, benefiting St. Raymond’s School.
