Lorraine Polinski (nee Czerwinski) was born on March 14, 1939 in Chicago to Edwin and Helen Czerwinski. She died Saturday, May 12, 2018 at her home in Island Lake.
Lorraine is survived by her children Richard (Mary) Polinski, Thomas Polinski and Susan (Richard) Barnes as well as her grandchildren Paul, Errol, Michael, Cole and Jonathon.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Polinski and her parents.
Visitation Monday, May 21, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Funeral Mass Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 9:30 am at St. Alphonsus Liguori Parish, 411 N. Wheeling Rd., Prospect Heights. Entombment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
