Louise L. Hayes, 81 of Mt. Prospect was born February 5, 1931 in Chicago to the late John and Irene (nee Tylenda) Moskala and passed away December 29, 2012 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. Louise was the beloved wife of the late Wayne D. Hayes; loving mother of Cathy (late John) Sherman, Tom (Sue) Hayes and Dave (Mary) Hayes; cherished grandmother of Tara, Tim (Aneli), Natalie and Lauren and dear sister of the late Jack Moskala. Visitation will be Friday January 4, 2012 from 4-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home 2000 E. Northwest Hwy. Arlington Heights. Prayers will be said Saturday January 5, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the funeral home and proceed to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 1775 Grove Street Glenview, IL for funeral mass at 11:30 AM. Interment will be in Ridgewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Lung Association 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60601 appreciated.
