Margaret “Peggy” McInerney passed away on September 2, 2024. Peggy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 12, 1942, to the late Thomas and Ann (Powell) Nee. She is survived by her loving husband Jim, children Regina Schweinebraten (Tim) and Jamie McInerney, grandchildren Dylan and Samantha, siblings Nancy (Jim) Smessaert, and Tommy (Trish) Nee, and many nieces and nephews. Peggy was preceded in death by her son Sean, and brothers Dick (Carol) Nee and Denny (Ann) Nee. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Parish 10 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment immediately following mass at St. Mary Cemetery.
