Margaret Smith was born April 24, 1942, in Waterville, Maine to Kenneth and Josephine (nee Remsen) Smith. She died June 10, 2021, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
Ms. Smith was a kindergarten teacher at Euclid Elementary School in Mt. Prospect for her entire career before she retired.
Margaret is survived by her sister Carol Brown and by her many nieces and nephews and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her sister Joan (Richard) Tripp and by her parents.
Visitation Wednesday, June 16, 2021, from Noon until the time of funeral service at 2:00 pm, at the Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment private.
