Mary Ann dedicated her career as an Orthopedic Nurse for both Lutheran General and Holy Family Hospitals, spanning over 4 decades. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Mary Ann is survived by her children Mary (Tim) Cummings, Sue (David) Roberts and Mark (Cindy) Sullivan; her grandchildren Amanda, Brian, Hailey, and Ashley; and by her sister Frances Bravato.
Mary Ann is preceded in death by her husband Andrew John Sullivan Jr.; her sister Connie (Joe) Lazzaro and by her parents.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 3 PM to 6 PM at The Tap House Grill in Palatine, IL.
