Maureen will be missed in this hospitality world so many of us just call home. I loved our lunches, Barb, Maureen and I so very special wonderful memories of discovery and just great comfortable conversation! My thoughts and prayers are with you Barb!

I am so very sorry to hear of  the passing of Maureen Beck.  My deepest condolences to you Barb and  all your family. I will remember a woman who always had a smile on her face and offered a warm and welcoming hello.

I feel so privileged to have known Maureen and to have observed her servant's heart in action. She will be missed but her legacy of finding that thing that needs to be done and just doing it, and of knowing just what someone needs to hear to set them on a better path, will live on.

I am just so saddened by Mo's passing; she was the most genuine, kind, caring person I have ever known.  I will always remember our great times at UofIllinois - so much fun and a great roommate.  Thoughts and prayers for such a wonderful person.  Rather than mourn the absence of the flame, let us celebrate how brightly it glowed.  And Mo certainly glowed!

Oh, Barb, I was so sad to read this. I still think of the two of you as a pair at meeting industry functions. Her presence will be missed! I wish peace and joyful celebration to you and your family. ~Katie Otto

I was very sorry to hear about Mo. She was such a wonderfully uplifting person, always maintaining a positive outlook and looking out for others even while shouldering her own considerable burdens. I miss her. RIP, Mo.

Maureen ,mi amiga para siempre. I will miss your laughter and smile, your enormous optimism and practicality. You saw me through some of my darkest days ans shared some of my most joyous. Though we were separated in distance I always felt you close, go now to the Father and I will see you there.  Make us up a batch of Diane's famous gazpacho and I'll be there. I love you my Barcelona friend  of 40 years . 

To barb and Catie and family - I grieve with you from Tennessee and I rejoice with you too that she is Home in the arms of her beloved Father God !

From the very first time I met Mo at Harza Engineering many years ago, we had a kindred spirit.  I have so many fond memories, i.e., Birkebinder trip, visit to our farm in Wisconsin, luncheons,and many hours on the phone.  You will truly be missed.
