Michael "Beau" D. Cape

Michael “ Beau” D. Cape, age 75, of Arlington Heights, IL was born on October 7, 1948 in Tennessee to Archie & Ruth (Williams) Cape and passed away on September 19, 2024 surrounded by family. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann; loving father of Michael A. (Mary) and Mark; proud grandfather of Jack and Mia; dear brother-in-law of Vincent (Mary) Tribuzio, Peter (Joyce) Borysiewicz, and Tory Tribuzio; beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was also cherished by a wide circle of loving friends, neighbors, and extended family. Beau took great pride in his 41 year career with Pickens Kane, in Chicago and as a member of the Teamsters 705. During retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, attending their sporting events, concerts and recitals, always beaming with pride. Beau lit up the room with his smile, charisma and laugh and was always quick to lend a helping hand to a neighbor or make a joke for a good laugh. He also cherished spending time with his beloved dogs over the years. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 24, 3pm to 8pm at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment will be private.
