Michael P. Meehan, 73, of Streamwood was born November 14, 1941 in Des Plaines to the late Theodore and Elizabeth (nee Tossman) Meehan and passed away May 31, 2015. Michael was the devoted father of Shannan Meehan; loving brother of the late James Meehan, infant Sheila Mary Meehan and Sheila May Meehan; dear uncle of Rick (Renee Werbowski) Crabtree and John (Alison) Crabtree, fond cousin of many and beloved companion of his German Shepherd, Bolt. Michael was a world traveler, horse enthusiast and loyal friend. Interment will be private. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. “May luck be your friend in whatever you do, and may trouble be always a stranger to you.” In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Misericordia Heart of Mercy, 6300 N.
