Nancy I. Collins, 91, formerly of Arlington Heights, was born November 17, 1922 in Chicago and passed away December 19, 2013 at the Alexian Brothers Hospice House in Elk Grove Village surrounded by her loving family. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J.; loving mother of Dan (Julie) Collins, Pat (late Frank) Hegner, Ed (Donna) Collins, Jim (Chanell) Collins, Mary Jo (Jeff) Carlson and the late Tom (Barb) Collins; cherished grandmother of John (Mel) Collins, Colleen Collins, Kevin (Kelly) Collins, Brian (Katie) Collins, Katie (Steve) Lamb, Michael Collins, Kelly Collins, Jim Carlson, Jack Carlson and Jeff Carlson and great grandmother of Shea Collins. Visitation will be Monday, December 23, 2013 from 9:30 AM until time of funeral mass 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church 2515 W. Palatine Road, Inverness, IL 60067. Interment will be private. Contributions in Nancy’s name can be made to St. Viator High School, 1213 E. Oakton Street, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
