Nancy C. Glader

Prior to retirement, Nancy was an administrator in the financial industry and spent many years also in the education field.

She loved spending time with her family, "Luther Village girls" and walking to see the swan family. She enjoyed playing bridge, dominoes, rumikub and was active in various social activities in her community. An avid sports enthusiast she was a loyal Cubs, Bear and Fighting Illini fan.

Nancy is survived by her children Scott ( LuAnn) Cole, Sue (Scott) Christiansen, Peggy (Bob) DeVorse, Bob (Karren) Cole, Jean Michalec, Joe (Susan) Cole and Tom (Karen) Cole; her grandchildren Jeremy (Julie) Shoemaker, Joey (Stacy) Cole, Alli (Joe) McDonough, Kelsey Christiansen, Dana (Josh) Garwood, Erik (Nikki) Klingenberg, Brian (Arielle) Klingenberg, Kevin Klingenberg, Quinn DeVorse, Melissa (Brad) Busch, Heather (Calvin) Cornish, Ashley (Nathan) McDonough, Kathryn Cole, Samantha (Frank) Calandriello, Jillian Cole, Lauren (Brendan) Johnson, Jimmy (Katelyn) Cole, Emily (Ray) Page , Michael Cole, Joey Cole and Lily Cole as well as her 22 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 step-children, Gary (Bonita) Glader, Bill (Sarah) Glader and Linda Glader and 3 step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her 2 loving husbands Jack Cole (39 years) and Robert Glader (12 years), her parents as well as her brother Rev. Robert Carter.

Visitation Friday, October 14, 2022 from 10:30 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the ASPCA or Paws with a Cause.
